Welcome to the Estate House of Nª Srª das Graças

The Estate House of Nossa Senhora das Graças is located on the north coast of São Miguel island, at an altitude of 400 metres, it has an area of 50 hectares. In the family since a few generations, start in 1930 this estate to play an important role in the activity growth of Lomba da Maia, through the manufacture of different agricultural and dairy products.

Nowadays, one of the estate's activities is the breeding of Holstein-Friesian livestock and since 1999, it has become an Agro-tourism accommodation,where the visitors may enjoy a cosy atmosphere as well as to appreciate the beautiful garden, the quietness, island landscapes and beach at 3Km distance
