It has a living-room, a double bedroom, from where you certainly will hear the sea , and between April and July/August the "Cagarros" (a sea bird that migrates to Azores in summer). Beside this it has a bathroom, a balcony with a barbeque, table, seats, and parasol.

On the balcony, in the back of the house, you have "the sea at your feets", because it is over the cliff, where it is the biggest colony of "vidálias" (endemic plant of Azores) on the north coast of S. Miguel. On the balcony, you can take your meals, there, with the beautiful landscape of the NW coast of the island, that, due to the Azores changes on luminosity, will change all times the landscape.

At 30 m. from the house you have an acess to a creek, where sometimes appear a small beach; there you can swim with privacy. But, if you prefere, at 100 m. you have one other acess to the sea, where you have some flagstone - natural - to get sun after a swimming. Beneath the balcony of the "House Over the Sea", you have the smalls neighbourgs fishings boats. With luck you can win a ride...

Meals service are not included, except a small knapsack at your arrive, that will be given to you. It's our way to say "Thanks for coming".

The "House Over the Sea", has no telephone, from fix net, but the area is over the range of activity of the three portuguese celular phones.

Cleaning of the house is made by us one's a week.
